Austrian "Stadel", Birnberg

X The valleys and the hills of Austrian  are dotted with these wooden structures called "Stadel". This simple wooden shed serves to store hay and farming equipment. They remain as a reminder of farming traditions throughout the Austrian landscape, many are well over a hundred years old.
