Made in the last ice age about 14,000 years ago. The darkest and narrowest parts of the gorge which is accessible by the wooden steps and walkways are about 320 metres long, the gorge bed can be up 32m deep from the surface. Beautiful curves, shapes and even faces are sculptured by the icy waters falling from the lake above the canyon.

Taken July 7th 2009, Processing and Printed 22 Feb. 2010. A difficult and demanding image to developed and produce. It is probably one of the few images to include a person through out the Gorge project so far.
